Our positive birth course referred to as Hypnobirthing Australia is a course for all parents. When we approach birth with knowledge, support and tools such as deep relaxation, self-hypnotherapy, movement, visualization and gentle touch then our births can lead to an empowering, calming and positive experience.
a little about hypnobirthing…
Birth is one of our biggest transitions in life and it’s sooo amazing. I get that the word Hypnobirthing can be a little misleading. The course that I teach isn’t all about self-hypnosis. It’s just one of the many tools we use in creating a positive and mindful birth for you, your partner and your beautiful baby. This course is a 12 hour commitment, made up of theory and practical components.
The concept of hypnobirthing is not new by any means. It’s made up of techniques and philosophies that have been around for many, many years.
You will always remember the day you give birth to your baby and how you felt. The techniques during this course can be used regardless of any circumstances that come about while you birth. With all of the knowledge and tools, you can achieve a positive and empowering birth experience. A day you will always remember.
